Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required for SLP roles)
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP - CCC positions
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP - CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Teletherapy skills a plus, with familiarity in delivering virtual services to students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to helping students achieve their potential
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups, onsite or via teletherapy
- Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Assess, document, and report on student progress toward communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and families when needed
- Assist in training and supervising SLPA staff, as applicable
