Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required for SLP roles)
  • Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP - CCC positions
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP - CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Teletherapy skills a plus, with familiarity in delivering virtual services to students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to helping students achieve their potential

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups, onsite or via teletherapy
  • Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Assess, document, and report on student progress toward communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Provide consultation and resources to staff and families when needed
  • Assist in training and supervising SLPA staff, as applicable
