Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for student development and advocating for children’s educational needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a consistent and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain thorough, timely records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Contribute expertise and insights at IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team sessions
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and creative resources to engage students at all ability levels
