Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license for the state of Indiana
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Prior experience in school settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to various student caseloads and changing priorities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on each student’s specific needs
  • Work cooperatively with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress and success
  • Track and document student progress, maintaining organized and detailed records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise in collaborative planning
  • Offer guidance and support to fellow staff regarding speech and language development
