Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 learners in an engaging and collaborative educational setting. Two opportunities are available—one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week)—perfect for professionals seeking flexibility or full-time experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that target speech and language goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Document and report on student performance, progress, and goal achievement
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise for student success
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal education standards and ethical practices

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Passion for empowering students and fostering a positive learning environment
