Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that target speech and language goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document and report on student performance, progress, and goal achievement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise for student success
- Maintain compliance with state and federal education standards and ethical practices
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
