Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY applicants considered)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially school-aged children
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Maintain documentation required for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Engage with ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
