We are seeking dedicated professionals to fulfill two open positions: one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week). You’ll play a key part in fostering students’ communication skills, working collaboratively within a school environment near Fishers, IN.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY applicants considered)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially school-aged children
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain documentation required for compliance and reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
  • Engage with ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
