School Speech Language Pathologist - Fishers, IN

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress
• Consult with teachers, special education teams, and families regarding student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and collaborative planning
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
