Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fitchburg, MA

This full-time, contract opportunity is available to Speech-Language Pathologists with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) who bring proven experience working with K-12 populations. Start as soon as possible and continue through the remainder of the school year (EOSY).

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
• Recent, relevant school-based experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Document progress and maintain organized records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as required
