Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fitchburg, MA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in Massachusetts
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or communication disorders
• Strong communication, organization, and report-writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Deliver individualized and small group speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain detailed case records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide recommendations, strategies, and consultation to teachers and families to support generalization of skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
