This elementary school position offers a full-time, 35-hour workweek, ideal for SLPs seeking either their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). As part of a collaborative special education team, your expertise will support students’ communication needs and help them succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status accepted—new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in elementary-aged student populations
  • Familiarity with IEP planning, progress documentation, and collaborative service delivery
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions targeting articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication
  • Support and consult with teachers and classroom teams to generalize communication strategies
