Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in schools or pediatrics is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work both independently and in teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-12 student populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document progress and maintain records per school and district guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
