Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Michigan
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical skills and passion for working with children are key
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and treatment strategies
  • Attend relevant meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding communication strategies
