Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Michigan
- Open to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical skills and passion for working with children are key
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Design and deliver individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and treatment strategies
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
- Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding communication strategies
