Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status accepted
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
• Experience in school-based environments, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting children with autism spectrum disorder in a resource classroom

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of five elementary students participating in an autism support program
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address a broad range of communication needs
• Collaborate proactively with special education teachers, aides, and families to promote student progress
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records for IEP goals and compliance
• Contribute to team meetings and assist in developing strategies for academic and social success within the resource classroom
