Onsite School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Flint, MI
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive K-12 school team in Flint, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.
Position Details
Location: Flint, MI
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Assignment Dates: August 17, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Caseload: K-12 (grade levels may vary)
Onsite position
Qualifications
Active Michigan SLP license (or pending licensure with proof of completed application)
ASHA CCCs preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply; applicants with an established supervisor are preferred
Official university transcripts will be required prior to placement
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students.
Conduct evaluations and prepare comprehensive written reports.
Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary evaluation meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication success.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Support students using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
Provide consultation and training to school staff on speech and language best practices.
Travel between assigned school buildings as needed.
Perform other duties related to student speech and language services.
