Support student success as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a vibrant educational environment serving elementary and middle school students. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about making a positive difference in children’s communication, language, and social skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs or Associate’s/Bachelor’s for SLPAs
  • Current state licensure for SLP or SLPA
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Teletherapy experience is an asset
  • CFY candidates are welcome
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy for students in elementary and middle school
  • Provide services through in-person and/or teletherapy platforms as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student goals
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Assist in developing communication strategies and resources for the school community
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to educational planning
