Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Active SLP license in the state
- SLP-CCC or currently completing CFY welcomed
- Experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Comfortable with in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- SLPA supervision knowledge or experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment, and student outcomes
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to deliver high-quality services
- Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
