Exciting opportunities await skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for contract positions in a supportive educational environment. This is a full-time role providing essential speech and language services to students, utilizing your expertise in assessment, intervention, and collaborative care. Both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply, as well as professionals with pediatric, healthcare, school-based, or teletherapy backgrounds.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Background in school settings, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
  • Experience with evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and intervention to a diverse pediatric caseload
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations for students with communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Provide support and guidance to classroom staff and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives
