Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred—pediatrics or healthcare backgrounds welcome
- Skilled in providing speech and language assessment, intervention, and teletherapy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload in both traditional and teletherapy formats
- Complete speech and language assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Engage and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Support positive student outcomes through innovative intervention strategies
