Make a meaningful impact on student success with current Speech Language Pathology opportunities at multiple school sites near Florence, AL! We’re seeking dedicated SLPs who are passionate about serving Pre K–12 students—from elementary through middle and early high school grades—to provide essential speech-language services and support positive academic outcomes.

Opportunities Include:

  • Compensatory services SLP: Travel required to multiple school locations. Manageable caseload serving students across all grade levels (Pre K–12). Commit to completing compensatory service needs, including summer services from June 1–June 30.
  • Elementary onsite SLP: Assigned to a single location, servicing approximately 45–55 students in grades Pre K–6. Comfortable using the Paddynet platform for documentation.
  • Middle school onsite SLP: Assigned to one location, supporting 6th–8th grade students with a caseload of 45–55. Documentation via Paddynet required.
  • Elementary SLP openings for the upcoming school year: Three positions available, each focused on Pre K–5th grade, manageable caseloads, and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure required
  • School-based SLP experience preferred (not required)
  • Experience documenting services and evaluations using digital platforms (Paddynet familiarity a plus)
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with parents, teachers, administration, and school staff via email, phone, and school systems
  • Proficiency in organizing schedules (IEPs, parent meetings) using Google Calendar
  • Detail-oriented in completing evaluations, eligibility records, IEPs, and data reviews
