This opportunity invites an experienced or newly-graduated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services, helping children reach their full potential within the educational environment.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Leading therapy sessions focused on targeted speech and language goals
  • Carefully tracking and documenting student progress throughout their care
  • Working closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, coordinated support
  • Communicating effectively with families, engaging them in the therapy process and offering guidance as needed

Your background should include:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure
  • Strong preference for candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings and/or with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
  • Active or ability to obtain state Board of Speech-Language Pathology license
