Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license (CFY, CCCs, or eligible for either).
• School-based SLP experience highly valued.
• Spanish-English bilingual abilities preferred.
• Experience conducting evaluations, managing caseloads, and writing therapy plans.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs).
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of students requiring speech and language therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments as part of the special education process.
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to students.
• Participate fully in ARD meetings, collaborating with educators and families to develop IEPs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support SLP Assistants (SLPAs) in delivering services.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
