Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas (or eligibility)
- Consideration for SLPs holding CCC as well as strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage caseload effectively
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, following IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student planning and program reviews
- Provide support and resources for classroom modifications and communication strategies

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Position runs from August to the end of the school year (EOSY)
