Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible licensure as an SLP; open to CCC or CFY candidates.
  • Experience or strong interest in educational settings (schools).
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Duties:

  • Provide direct therapy and evaluation services to a diverse student caseload.
  • Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
  • Conduct ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans in line with student IEPs.
  • Maintain professional documentation and collaborate with educators and families.
