Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop measurable, functional goals and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and required reports
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create student-centered strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of individualized education plans
- Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families
