Your role will involve flexible school assignments—initial placements target several elementary schools in the region, and further opportunities may develop. Caseloads are determined by service minutes (not rigid headcount), ranging between 3200-3400 minutes. Begin your journey in August 2026 and finish the school year with a passionate team, making a lasting impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid Missouri SLP License for CCC or Missouri Provisional SLP License for CF
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants welcomed; supervision offered by a CCC-certified SLP on site
- School-based SLP experience desirable, but not mandatory
- Ability to complete and pass fingerprint clearance and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to designated sites as assigned
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills essential
- Candidate should be prepared to provide current zip code upon presentation
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments and therapy for assigned caseloads, focused on maximizing student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Attend meetings and support case management activities as needed
