Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing both individual and group therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to support student progress
