Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing both individual and group therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to support student progress
