What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain for MO)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for supporting student achievement

Your Impactful Work Will Include:

• Providing speech and language services to students with IEPs
• Developing and implementing weekly lesson plans
• Focusing instruction on IEP goals and tracking student progress
• Creating, implementing, and managing IEPs as a case manager
• Coordinating and leading meetings with IEP teams
• Active participation in PLC sessions, professional development, and program-wide initiatives
• Fulfilling arrival, dismissal, and other assigned duties
