What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain for MO)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for supporting student achievement
Your Impactful Work Will Include:
- Providing speech and language services to students with IEPs
- Developing and implementing weekly lesson plans
- Focusing instruction on IEP goals and tracking student progress
- Creating, implementing, and managing IEPs as a case manager
- Coordinating and leading meetings with IEP teams
- Active participation in PLC sessions, professional development, and program-wide initiatives
- Fulfilling arrival, dismissal, and other assigned duties
