Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with varying speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement custom treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives
  • Monitor student progress closely, maintaining thorough and clear documentation
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists
  • Involve and guide families in the therapy process to support student success outside of the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience supporting pediatric and/or school-aged children, especially in educational settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as productively within a team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active, state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
