Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development
  • Diligently track and document progress to inform ongoing treatment and support
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Communicate with and educate families, empowering them to participate actively in the therapy journey

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for independent and team-based work environments

Additional Requirements:

  • Active and approved license by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Ability to obtain/maintain necessary state credentialing
