Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development
- Diligently track and document progress to inform ongoing treatment and support
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Communicate with and educate families, empowering them to participate actively in the therapy journey
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for independent and team-based work environments
Additional Requirements:
- Active and approved license by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Ability to obtain/maintain necessary state credentialing
