Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or K-12 populations strongly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting a broad range of communicative needs
- Monitor and maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Partner closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure well-coordinated care
- Empower families through education and guidance throughout the therapy process
