Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and/or K-12 populations strongly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting a broad range of communicative needs
  • Monitor and maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Partner closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure well-coordinated care
  • Empower families through education and guidance throughout the therapy process
