Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Fond Du Lac, WI

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Background in school-based or pediatric care is appreciated, but not mandatory
• Proficiency or interest in teletherapy and delivering evidence-based interventions for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet each child’s goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate student records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Consult with faculty and caregivers to support students’ generalization of communication skills within the school community
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a culture of collaboration
