Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Wisconsin SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Teletherapy expertise and healthcare experience valued
  • Background or interest in pediatric caseloads and/or school-based environments
  • Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set student goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both onsite and virtually, as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and families for optimal student progress
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing clinical training opportunities
