What We're Looking For:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC required)
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP practice
  • Skilled in pediatric care and effective collaboration with children
  • Familiar with best practices in speech, language, and communication disorders in educational environments
  • Solid understanding of SLP healthcare protocols as they apply to students
  • Comfortable working on-site in a school setting (this position is not virtual or teletherapy-based)
  • Reliable organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students as assigned
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in conjunction with school teams
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and report on student progress
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for communication development
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding SLP services in schools
