This full-time contract opportunity welcomes a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to bring expertise and compassion to a diverse pediatric population, serving K-12 students within a collaborative school environment. With a consistent weekly schedule of 35 to 37.5 hours, you’ll have the chance to work closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students reach their fullest potential.
What you’ll bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA state licensure (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and excellent documentation abilities
• Confident delivering onsite therapy—teletherapy opportunities not included
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development
Key responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for optimal student success
• Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP/504 meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support student progress both individually and in group settings
• Adapt and modify therapy approaches as needed for student growth
