School Speech Language Pathologist - Fontana, California

Make a meaningful impact each day by serving students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment near Fontana, CA. In this contract position, you'll help children overcome speech and language barriers, giving them the tools to communicate more effectively and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Leading engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Carefully tracking and documenting student progress through detailed records
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and professionals to coordinate care
• Involving and educating families throughout the therapy process for optimal outcomes

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current, active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is desired
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

To be eligible, you must have a valid license from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree or above in Speech-Language Pathology.
