Qualifications and Experience:
- Active California SLP CCC required
- Proven experience in school settings and with pediatric populations
- Direct teletherapy expertise is essential for effective virtual service delivery
- Demonstrated skills in completing assessments, developing IEP goals, and progress monitoring in a virtual environment
- Comfortable managing an elementary and high school caseload under 55 students
- Preference for candidates who are already credentialed and able to begin quickly
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy to diverse students via secure online platforms
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and complete progress reports
- Engage families and students proactively using innovative telepractice techniques
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required
