Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school environment strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, assessment methods, and therapy documentation
• Adaptable, compassionate, and collaborative approach to working with children and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student support
• Monitor student progress, adjust therapy as needed, and maintain thorough records
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and clear communication
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aligned with students’ educational goals
