This contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week, working directly with a manageable caseload of 55 students. The position runs from August 6 through May 27, aligning with the academic calendar, so you can enjoy structured work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Must have completed Clinical Fellowship (CFs not accepted at this time)
  • Comfortable serving both elementary and middle school populations
  • Previous work with diverse student groups a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech-language assessments, therapy, and consultative services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Maintain accurate records and timely reporting
