Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Recent experience providing therapy in school settings strongly desired
- Proficiency with assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting
- Compassionate communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs
- Familiarity with assistive technology and digital documentation systems is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students across grade levels
- Administer evaluations to determine student strengths and areas of need
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case planning
- Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process and provide relevant resources
- Maintain organized and timely records for caseload management and compliance
- Foster a supportive, encouraging space where students are motivated to grow
