Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Recent experience providing therapy in school settings strongly desired
• Proficiency with assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting
• Compassionate communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs
• Familiarity with assistive technology and digital documentation systems is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students across grade levels
• Administer evaluations to determine student strengths and areas of need
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case planning
• Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process and provide relevant resources
• Maintain organized and timely records for caseload management and compliance
