What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with mild to moderate student populations, preferably across middle and/or high school age groups
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy and interventions to middle and high school students with mild to moderate challenges
- Manage a caseload averaging 55 learners across two campus assignments
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with education teams, attend meetings, and provide input for student success plans
- Supervise and support onsite SLPA contributions as appropriate
- Document services and maintain timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
