As a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year, you’ll collaborate within dynamic school environments, providing crucial support to help students achieve their full potential. Working full time on a contract basis, you’ll deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services across a diverse caseload, allowing you to expand your expertise while making meaningful student connections.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current credentials as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Eligible to practice as an SLP in California
  • Previous school-based experience is advantageous, but not required
  • Familiarity with diverse student populations, including those with various speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students individually or in groups
  • Complete assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to help students reach their goals
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely records related to evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
