In this role, you'll use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication challenges. Collaborate with other professionals and families in a supportive environment, helping students succeed academically and socially while developing personalized therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Current California State Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • California CTC credential
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records
  • Passion for working with diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual settings

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
