What We’re Looking For:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Proven experience working in school environments
- Availability for onsite work, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, following the school schedule
- Comfort working independently—district is unable to support Clinical Fellows
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with education teams and engaging with diverse student needs
- Flexibility and dedication across two elementary campuses
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy for students, supporting their academic and personal growth
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Implement evidence-based strategies and individual or group interventions
- Communicate progress and recommendations with compassion and clarity
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
