As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll enjoy a consistent 35-hour work week, working closely with schools to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students on your caseload. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification and active state licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and educational teams
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings with staff and parents/guardians
- Maintain thorough documentation and data reporting in compliance with district standards
