  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Accepting candidates with CCC certification or those completing their CFY
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but open to new and motivated candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an enthusiasm for collaborating with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services to a varied caseload of students in-person
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Perform evaluations, document progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success and contribute expertise
  • Provide resources, recommendations, and support to families and teaching staff
