Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings is advantageous
  • Ability to organize caseloads and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
  • Work alongside teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s unique learning path
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with state and federal laws
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development activities
