Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working within a school environment is desirable
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and speech disorders
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
