Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address targeted goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication skills
  • Track and document student progress with precision and clarity
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and support staff, to ensure continuity of care
  • Involve and educate families to support students’ progress beyond the classroom

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential
  • Able to work both independently and as part of an integrated team
