Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing essential support throughout the school year. This full-time contract position is based near Forks, WA, serving primarily preschool and elementary-aged children, with some opportunities to work with middle and high school students. In-person candidates who value hands-on engagement and collaboration are encouraged to bring their expertise to help students develop vital communication skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification required
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience in educational settings, preferably with preschool and elementary students
  • Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various speech and language disorders
  • Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Support students across various age groups, primarily preschool/elementary but potentially including older students
