A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available at an elementary school located in Forks, WA. This contract role spans a full school year and requires in-person availability. The position focuses primarily on working with preschool and elementary students, with occasional support for middle and high school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to implement effective speech-language interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool and elementary age groups, with flexibility to work with older students as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
