Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow encouraged to apply)
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery a plus
  • Background in healthcare environments advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are also welcome for school and healthcare support roles

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement individualized programs for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluations and progress documentation
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and communicative goals
  • Offer consultation and education for teachers, staff, and parents to reinforce therapy strategies
  • Maintain compliance with documentation standards and timelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development as part of the educational team
