Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-5th grade students
- Familiarity with the full range of school-based SLP services: assessments, individual/group therapy, IEP documentation, and collaboration with educators and families
- Adaptability and confidence supporting both in-person and teletherapy formats
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, pediatric SLP, and SLPA experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-5
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and IEP documentation
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting strategies to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning community
