Are you passionate about helping young learners find their voice? We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive elementary school team serving students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

In this role, you'll provide speech and language services that help students build the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education staff to create meaningful progress for every student.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K–5 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
  • Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Clinical Fellow Applicants are encouraged. 
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
