Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential support to elementary students. We are seeking two dedicated SLPs (no SLPAs at this time) for onsite, full-time contract roles. These positions focus on engaging and meaningful intervention for young learners, replacing virtual services with impactful, in-person expertise.
One position will specialize in working with Kindergarten and 1st-grade students, while the other will focus on 2nd and 3rd graders. Both roles maintain manageable caseloads (30-35 students), ensuring you have the time and resources to deliver individualized care and make a genuine difference.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification required
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Screen, assess, and document student progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment for all learners
You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, allowing for work-life balance and professional fulfillment. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and caring school community, committed to student growth and communication development.
If you’re ready to move from remote to onsite support and make a daily impact on children’s lives, we encourage you to apply now and bring your expertise to a dynamic educational setting!
Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
