Make a direct impact as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students’ communication goals throughout the school year. This contract opportunity is based near Fort Benning, GA, offering flexible scheduling options from part-time up to full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week), across eight available positions. The work spans the full academic year, from August 3rd, 2026 to May 21st, 2027, with the possibility of additional days for pre- or post-planning.

What You’ll Need:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Georgia
  • Valid GaPSC Educator certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; SLP-CFYs will also be considered
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP role is desired
  • Commitment to onsite/ in-person services – teletherapy (VOCO) applicants will not be considered
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to K–12 students
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
  • Adjust caseload and interventions based on district needs and professional experience
  • Engage in pre- and post-planning activities, as requested
