Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) interested in serving school-aged children near Fort Benning, GA. Contract roles begin August 3rd, 2026, and extend through May 21st, 2027, with the possibility of additional pre- or post-planning days. Flexible scheduling is offered, with both part-time and full-time options available—up to 37.5 hours per week. Caseloads will be assigned based on each candidate’s background and district needs, ensuring a rewarding and personalized work experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License, along with GaPSC Educator Certification
- SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CFYs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to on-site services (no remote/teletherapy/voco options)
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students
- Assess, diagnose, and manage speech-language disorders in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and related school activities as needed
