Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Hold active CCC-SLP certification
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP/504 processes and documentation
  • Adaptable, collaborative attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to onsite work in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Engage in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and families
  • Attend meetings, provide consultation, and support school-wide language initiatives
  • Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth
