Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Possession of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and document progress

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Design, implement, and track speech-language intervention programs in both individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support to educators regarding classroom strategies
• Monitor student development and adjust therapy plans to meet evolving needs
