Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Previous exposure to 1:1 and group therapy within school environments is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to varying caseloads and educational needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students on a 1:1 basis and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to support communication growth
