What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
• Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and IEP processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for Colorado

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services to students, tailored to individualized education plans
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student progress
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Offer support and mentorship to CFY candidates, if certified
