What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation and IEP processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Colorado
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services to students, tailored to individualized education plans
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Offer support and mentorship to CFY candidates, if certified
