Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado SLP license with current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) credential in hand
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language pathology services to a diverse student population (PreK–12) following IEP goals and best practices
• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized instruments
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student growth and generalize skills
• Develop and implement individualized IEP plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team discussions
