High School Middle School Speech Therapist in Fort Collins, CO

This position is for an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving middle and high school students. The role is located in Fort Collins, CO, and is a contract opportunity with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, running from ASAP through May 22, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed or certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with middle and high school populations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to students in middle and high school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
