Middle School High School Speech Language Pathologist in Fort Collins, CO

As a vital part of the team, your expertise will be essential in assessing student needs, developing tailored therapy plans, and facilitating progress that empowers students academically and socially.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for supervision toward completion
• Active Colorado SLP licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
• Prior experience working with middle and/or high school students in a school-based or clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support initiatives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and families to support classroom success and carryover of strategies
